User interface front page

The front page of the TARKKA service offers users excerpts from the content of the TARKKA service and SYKE's EO operations. The home page contains a link to the "News from the TARKKA service" section on the EO wiki and link to the EO wiki, as well as to SYKE-EO's twitter account. In addition, the front page has a few time series of a representative reference station and plenty of links to a variety of interesting satellite observations. The stations viewed in the time series can be changed from the drop-down menu above the time series. The home page is closed by a cross in the upper right corner. The composition of the front page may vary depending on the phenomena we want to highlight.
